And more keeps coming . . .

Every one's support and generosity continues to amaze me. Since the butterfly release, we have collected another 400 dollars from friends and supporters. Several of the donations came from people who read the article or CarePages and wanted to help. So our total is now $1400! And again, that is without being a "true" fundraiser. Just people giving out of the goodness of their hearts to help others.

I am leaving in 3 hours to celebrate the nuptials of one of my best friends. Please pray for a safe flight and trip for me and everyone attending. It will be tough being away from the restaurant as this is the big weekend before the Grand Opening, but they will do great and it will be good for me to relinquish control! Hopefully, when I get back, I'll have some pictures to post from the release.

Hi James. I spoke with Irene and Jim and they said that the release was just wonderful...and the Luau! I am glad that another milestone is behind you. Keep the faith and keep it in the road! I will look forward to the photos!

James, will you please give me the link to the newspaper article? I've tried doing searches and I am not having any luck. Thanks, Leila

James, pictures, pictures, pictures!!!!

Welcome

Through the worst tragedy I could never imagine, my life has become what it has become. Through this blog, I will continue to tell my story. Some days are good and many are not, but those are the cards I've been delt and I will continue to play my hand until the Lord makes me fold. Also, I hope that you will learn more about Pancreatic cancer and help bring light to this horrible disease so that other victims will be given more time to enjoy life than my precious wife had. Happy reading.
